To report a new claim on a policy that you hold with ourselves either contact the insurance company on their Claims Helpline, e-mail us at claims@lyoninsurance.co.uk, phone us on 01407 760914 or use the notification form below. Emergency claims should be reported directly to the insurers.
Please note that the details entered on this form are sent to an e-mail address which is only monitored during our normal opening hours. Whilst we aim to respond to your claim on the day on which we receive your details, at busy times this is not always possible so please allow 2 working days for a response.
