Holiday Lets/2nd Homes - Small Cottages to Blocks of Holiday Flats, we can provide the correct cover.
B&B's taking a maximum of 6 guests - A Household policy extended to include Liability cover.
Household - Standard household insurance from our panel of major insurers.
Landlords/Buy to Let - A range of policies to cater for Private Rentals, DSS Referrals, Student Lets or Commercial Premises e.g. Shops and Offices.
Unoccupied Property - Properties which are undergoing renovations or simply between tenants.

Our History
Lyon Insurance Services was established in 1983 originally insuring anything from cars to houses with everything in between. Being based in beautiful North Wales, we soon began to specialise in the tourism industry. As a former accommodation provider myself, we focused particularly on insurance for Guest Houses’, Bed & Breakfast’s and Holiday Homes. Today this accounts for 80% of our business.
In 1995 we launched our exclusive Sleepeasy policy underwritten by Aviva Insurance. Nowadays all new-business and renewals are handled in-house, with all documents usually issued by return of post.
Our philosophy on customer care and service isn't the type you learn in a few weeks on a training course - it's the result of many years' giving first-class professional advice to clients. In fact most of my staff have been with me for 15 years or more, along the way accumulating a wealth of insurance experience. This means you speak to someone who fully understands your policy and its conditions, and can usually answer most questions immediately.
